Once the order is placed, this product will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.

What happens if the client is absent? A second delivery will be made. In the event that 2 delivery attempts are made without success, your order will be stored in the transport delegation waiting to be picked up.

It can also be delivered to any of our branches if the customer indicates so in the shopping cart section.

This product has a term ofdelivery 2 to 4 business days. If you place your order before 12:00 p.m., your order will ship the same day. Weekends and holidays, shipments are managed the next business day.

You can return or exchange the products in your order ata period of 30 calendar dayssince purchase. The product must be in perfect condition and in its same packaging. Returns can be managed online or at any of our branches.
