How much are the shipping costs?

If your purchase exceeds €30, there are no shipping costs associated with it, since we will assume them. If it does not exceed €30, then you would have to pay the shipping costs, which vary depending on weight and population. However, this free shipping only applies to the territory of the Iberian Peninsula. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, a shipping rate is applied that will vary based on the distance, the volume of the product and its weight. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

What are the payment options and what currency can you pay in?

We offer you many different payment options, so you can choose the most convenient one for you. These options are: bank transfer, credit card or cash on delivery.

By bank transfer: You can transfer the total amount of your purchase to our bank accounts. The account number is sent to you by email once you complete the purchase. When our team can verify the payment, we will immediately begin to manage the shipment as soon as possible and with full guarantee.

By credit card: When completing your purchase, you can make payment immediately through a credit card. This is the method that we recommend the most because as it is instant, the shipment is managed instantly so that you can receive it within the next 24 hours (in Spain). In addition, it is the fastest, safest and most used. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Cash on delivery: When you complete your purchase, select the cash on delivery option. This payment method entails additional costs that are the responsibility of the client. The maximum amount that transport companies accept on delivery is €900. So if your order exceeds €900 you will not be able to pay with this method.

Can you pay with PayPal or Bitcoins?: Currently, PayPal does not allow its use for companies related to growing and cultivation. Therefore, it cannot be used to make payments on our platform. As for Bitcoins, it is not possible at the moment, although in our company we are already working and taking steps to give you that option in the near future.

How are discount coupons used?: If you have a discount coupon, you can use it when you are finishing your order. After adding your information and the shipping address, a section will appear asking you if you have a code. At that moment you must write it and click add. If for any reason the coupon gives you an error, you can contact our customer service team so we can solve the problem and offer you your discount.

Can you buy over the phone?

We avoid working in this way, because communication problems or similar may arise. The most convenient, fastest and safest way to buy is directly on the website. That said, you can call us whenever you have any questions about an order. We will be happy to assist you. We take this opportunity to remind you that, once you place your order and it is confirmed, we work from that moment so that you receive it as quickly as possible, in less than 24 hours if you live on the peninsula.

Why is my payment rejected?

Normally this error occurs externally to our website and is due to a problem with the banking entity. If this happens to you, we recommend that you contact us immediately by email or phone.

How long does the order take and what time does it arrive?

Our work system allows us to offer you the fastest orders on the market. If you live in Spain, you will receive your purchase within 24 hours after completing the order. With the exceptions of the Balearic Islands (it can be extended up to days). We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Portuguese Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. As for the arrival time, this strictly depends on the transport company in charge of the shipment. We advise you to keep an eye on your phone in the days following placing your order, as it is most normal for them to contact you before arriving at the given address. It is also important that you provide an address where you know someone will be able to pick up your order. At GrowIndustry we have contracted that they attempt to deliver the shipment twice in case they cannot contact you the first time. If neither time has anyone picked up the order, they will contact you to tell you which office you should pick it up at.

How can I track an order?

Each product you buy on our website has a code associated with it that allows you to track your order. As soon as your shipment leaves our facilities to the address you have provided, you will receive an email with the tracking code. If you do not receive your code, you can write to us at info@growindustry.es and we will send you the tracking.

How can I modify or cancel an order?

At GrowIndustry we have a customer service team that will answer your questions instantly. If you want to make any changes to your order, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible once it has been placed. The reason is that we strive to ship your purchase to the address you have given us as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is possible that it is already on its way. Even so, you will always find a quick response through any of our customer service channels. How can I modify the pickup address for an order?

You will have to contact us to arrange a new delivery or collection. But you must keep in mind that our transport companies charge extra collections.

How can I return a product?

If what you want is to make a return, you will have to send it directly to our physical address as soon as possible (return shipping costs to be assumed by the customer). You have a maximum of fourteen calendar days from the acquisition of the product in question. After that period of time, the customer is considered to have accepted the purchase.
The products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, we advise you to ensure that the package will travel properly protected during transport back to our facilities. Once received, we will check its status. If the item(s) are in perfect condition (including components, accessories and gifts if any, as well as documentation), we will refund your money immediately.

According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.

How do you get the money back for your return?

The refund of the amount of money you have paid for your order will be returned to you using the same method that you used to pay at the time. GrowIndustry reserves the right to withhold this refund until any of the following conditions are met:

- That we have received the product.

- That we have received the reason for the withdrawal of the product.

- That we have received proof of the return of the product.

If for any reason there is an unjustified delay in reimbursement on our part, you have the right to claim up to double the initial amount paid. Without prejudice to the right to be compensated for damages and other losses suffered in excess of said amount.

What happens if your order arrives damaged?

If you do not receive the product in perfect condition due to our error, you have the right to have it returned. To do this, you must contact us to report what happened. You can do this by phone or email. Its return is the responsibility of GrowIndustry, so you will not have to pay any shipping costs. In addition, we will send you the product you have purchased again so that you can enjoy it just as you had planned, always under the conditions accepted at the time of sale.
