Growing on Rockwool Slab rockwool is not complicated at all. Its main advantage is that it will greatly increase dry productivity . It is a system very similar to hydroponics cultivation, perfect for easily growing plants indoors. To use it, you only need a hydro tray (1 x 1.10 meters) where you can place the slabs.
To grow with the Rockwool Rockwool Slab, you must place the previously rooted cuttings on the rockwool board in a proportion of about 5 cuttings per Slab. When you finish growing, you just have to remove them and throw them away. As they weigh little, they will be easy to transport. It is recommended that the cuttings be of the same variety so that the set is homogeneous in height. You will also have to install the recirculation irrigation system and monitor how long it takes to dry to schedule watering so that the Slabs are never dry. Generally, it is usually watered for about 15 minutes every 2-3 hours, which is the time it takes approximately one slab to dry under the lights. You can also grow seeds here , but most likely one will grow larger than the other and you will not be able to move them, since the roots get tangled in the rock wool.
It can be used on a 1 x 1 or 2 x 1 meter growing table as an inert substrate ready to obtain maximum production in the cleanest and simplest way. In a very short time, this system has become the ideal growing medium for large-scale growers due to its efficiency and the results it provides.
