DELIVERY
Once the order is placed, this product will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.
What happens if the customer is absent? A second delivery will be made. In the event that 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts are made, your order will be stored at the transport branch awaiting collection.
It can also be delivered to any of our branches if the customer so indicates in the shopping cart section.
ORDER PREPARATION TIME
This product has a shelf life of Delivery within 2 to 4 working days . If you place your order before 12:00, your order will be shipped the same day. On weekends and holidays, shipments are processed on the following working day.
RETURNS
You can return or exchange the products of your order at a period of 30 calendar days from the moment of purchase. The product must be in perfect condition and in its same packaging. Returns can be processed online or at any of our branches.
