The Plugins Pro Tray is an efficient and safe solution for germinating seeds and rooting cuttings. Designed to fit most intermediate-sized propagators, it is available in three variants with different capacities: 104 , 126 and 150 cells . Despite its compact design, it offers enough space for a large number of plants. The cells are composed of inert peat, which eliminates the risk of over-fertilizing, a crucial factor during the delicate first weeks of growth.
Each tray includes the necessary cells, eliminating the need to purchase Jiffy or Rockwool separately. This simplifies the process and reduces costs.
Thanks to its compact design, you can fit a significant amount of cuttings or seeds without taking up too much space.
The system allows plants to be removed with great ease once they are ready to be transplanted, ensuring that the roots remain intact.
104 alveoli : Ideal for those looking for a balance between space and number of plants.
126 cells : Provides greater capacity for larger scale projects.
150 alveoli : Perfect for intensive crops where it is necessary to maximize the number of plants in a small area.
Preparation : Moisten the alveoli with clean water before placing the seeds or cuttings.
Inserting plants : Carefully place the seeds or cuttings into the alveoli.
Initial care : During the rooting process, avoid using fertilizers in the substrate. Apply foliar fertilizers if necessary.
Growth monitoring :
The seeds will be ready to transplant when the plants reach about 10 cm in height.
Cuttings can be transplanted when roots are visible at the bottom of the socket.
Extraction : Gently press the bottom of the socket to extract the plant without damaging the roots.
Make sure to maintain constant humidity in the environment during the first few weeks.
Use a suitable propagator to optimize the microclimate around the trays.
Disinfect trays after each use to prevent future contamination.
With Plugins Pro trays, germinating seeds and rooting cuttings has never been easier and more efficient.
